Noida-Greater Noida Metro Rail unlocks property potential

In 2009, a flat was offered to Manisha that in greater Noida. The apartment was very beautiful and worthy. The cost of the flat was also very pocket-friendly, and the interiors also enticed Manisha. But she refused to buy the Noida Property. Manisha who works as an interior designer and travels in and around Delhi NCR declined to purchase the property because she felt that commuting would become involved.

But after seven years, she got interested in the flat again and found it profitable and figured out that commuting would no longer be an issue. After seven years she is now ready to pay 65 lacks for the same flat. What made the thinking of Ghai change? After all these years she was suddenly starting showing interest in the flat because she thought that commuting would no longer be an issue. She claimed that she doesn't drive. She was having the issue of commuting as she is completely dependent on the driver. She pleaded that she could not move around because she was not sure if any driver would be stable in his job because of the location of Greater Noida.

Now she thinks that the connectivity offered by metro rail could act as a solution for her driving issue. Now she can reach the major part of the city with the help of Metro.
The upcoming metro line that is the Noida-Greater Noida Metro would prove to be a comforting amenity. It would be an extension of the two lines. The next Noida-Greater Noida Metro line will be the biggest corridor of the region (30 kms).

One depot and 21 stations would be there with almost six stations falling under Greater Noida. All the stations would be provided with the platform screen doors that would work on solar power. The property prices have already hiked because of the construction of the metro rail. The Noida Real Estate is also developing to a great extent because of the metro rail connectivity. This is scheduled in 2017. Only the construction has lead to the increase in the metro prices. From economical to superior Local property agents also high point the fact that the field was closer to metro stations are quickly noticing the set in motion of premium and luxury homes.
